Shipping Locations
Dent Guard® is proud to serve our loyal customer base in Australia and New Zealand. While we currently ship within these two countries, we’re excited to announce that we’ll be expanding our reach with international shipping starting very soon!
Shipping Costs
- Australia: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders, or upgrade to express delivery for only $19.95 per order.
- New Zealand: Please note that shipping rates may be slightly higher for our valued customers in New Zealand.
Shipping Carrier & Tracking
All orders are shipped through the trusted network of Australia Post and their associated courier services. Rest assured, once your product is dispatched, you’ll be provided with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
Delivery Timeframes
- Australia: After dispatch, your Dent Guard® product will reach you within 7 days, or even sooner if you’ve opted for express delivery.
- New Zealand: Delivery times may vary slightly based on location and customs processing.
Handling Time
We value your excitement and anticipation for your products. That’s why most of our products are dispatched within 1 – 3 days, ensuring you don’t have to wait too long!
Packaging
Each Dent Guard® product is shipped in its bespoke product packaging. For added protection, we then enclose it in a a second postage box. Our top priority is ensuring your product reaches you in pristine condition, both in functionality and presentation.
