These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Dent Guard Pty Ltd (“Dent Guard”) and the use of the Dent Guard website located at www.dentguard.com.au. By accessing or using Dent Guard’s services or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use Dent Guard’s services or website.

2. Services

Dent Guard provides paintless dent repair services for vehicles. By engaging Dent Guard’s services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this document.

3. Service Limitations

Dent Guard’s services are subject to certain limitations including but not limited to the following:

• Dent Guard reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
• Dent Guard cannot guarantee complete removal of dents or damages in all cases.
• Dent Guard’s services may not be suitable for all types of vehicles or damages.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing for Dent Guard’s services is provided on a case-by-case basis and is subject to change without notice.
• Payment for services rendered by Dent Guard is due upon completion of the repair.
• Dent Guard accepts payment via cash, credit/debit card, or electronic funds transfer.

5. Appointment Policy

• Appointments for Dent Guard’s services must be scheduled in advance.
• Dent Guard reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments for any reason.

6. Warranty

• Dent Guard provides a limited warranty on repairs performed, subject to the terms outlined in the warranty agreement provided to the customer.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle and the extent of damages.
• Customers are responsible for securing their vehicle and removing personal belongings before the commencement of repairs by Dent Guard.

8. Liability

• Dent Guard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.
• Dent Guard’s liability for damages arising out of or related to its services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the services rendered.

9. Privacy Policy

• Dent Guard respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to Dent Guard’s Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Queensland, Australia.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Dent Guard reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Dent Guard website.
